On **th July I subscribed for *** but the very next day I opted for premium subscription to watch the premium contents hence the company upgraded my subscription and showed premium subscription as activated in the details.
But I was unable to watch the premium movies as the error kept on Popping as the contents could not be played please try later. I drafted a mail regarding the issue but got nothing in response also I went to the help section and tried to mention the problem over there but there is some big or issue with the app that select category drop-down is not working and due to that submit button is not working.
Today I am constantly getting msg that my subscription expired but on the app when I check the subscription details it shows expiry as ** July ****.
I request you to please look into the matter and work on it asap
