Bigbazzar com - Poor Quality of Koryo Hand Blender in Bigbazaar

One month back I purchased a product Koryo HB *IN* from Bigbazaar -banaswadi -bangalore branch.
When I tried to use at home , the product burst. When I discussed with them, they told to purchase same product even though I was not interested. Then I tried to use the product at home, the product burst.
Next, they have taken back the product for service, even though I have not used it one time.

My expectation of this issue:
They have to allow to purchase other product instead of the serviced product or refund my money.
