This email serves as a formal complaint regarding my pending orders listed below:

These orders were placed a considerable time ago, yet none have been delivered. Further, no tracking information or shipment updates have been shared for any of them.
I have already contacted your company multiple times through email and phone calls. However, I have received no response whatsoever, and calls are not being answered. Such negligence and lack of customer support are completely unacceptable.
You are hereby requested to provide the following immediately:
Current status of all above-mentioned orders
Valid tracking details for each shipment
Confirmed delivery timeline
Reason for the delay and non-response
Thousands of customers like you have trusted Voxya to resolve their issues
