I am filing this complaint against Parimatch regarding a failed UPI transaction of ₹**,*** made on [insert date].
I transferred ₹**,*** via UPI to fund my account on the Parimatch platform. Initially, Parimatch informed me that the transaction was unsuccessful and that the amount would be refunded within * business days. I have consistently followed up with them since then, expecting a refund within the promised timeline.
However, after multiple follow-ups, they have now changed their stance and are denying ever receiving the amount, despite the fact that the money has been debited from my account and I have sufficient proof of the transaction.
This sudden change in communication is alarming and has caused significant mental stress and financial strain. I believe this is a case of negligence or potentially fraudulent behavior on their part, and I am seeking help to recover my funds.
