I am filing a public complaint against Parimatch due to unresolved deposit issues and extremely poor customer support. Parimatch Player ID: ********* Ticket ID: #******** & #******** Registered Phone Number: +** **********. On * October ****, I deposited ₹***** and it was successfully deducted from my bank account, but the amount has still not been credited to my Parimatch account even after more than * months. I have submitted all required documents multiple times. Despite repeated follow-ups via live chat, I only receive generic responses such as “please wait” or “the issue has been escalated,” with no clear resolution timeline. This prolonged delay has caused me serious mental stress and frustration. For a platform dealing with real-money transactions, this level of negligence and lack of transparency is unacceptable. I publicly request Parimatch to take immediate action and do one of the following: • Credit the pending deposit immediately, OR • Provide a written and confirmed resolution timeline, OR • Close my account and refund the deducted amount. I hope Parimatch addresses this issue urgently and that this post helps other users stay informed.
