ordervenue - paid order not shipped

I placed an order for callmate powerbank on *th Sep **. I also paid the amount of Rs *** through internet banking. Ordervenue confirmed the order and sent a mail stating the item will be delivered by **Sep**. The order is reflected in my account section of OrderVenue.
Now it is more than a month and the item is not yet shipped. I have written to them four times asking them to ship the item or cancel my order and refund the amount. Ordervenue has not replied to any of my mails. Till date the item is not shipped nor has it refunded the amount.
I request you to follow up with the company and arrange for dispatch of the product or refund of the amount paid. Thanks
