I am filing a complaint against Vintage Closet of Kamali for non-delivery of goods and refusal of a refund.
On February *, ****, I placed an order for a dress priced at ₹*,***. It has been over two months (today is April *), and I have not received the package, a tracking ID, or any professional update regarding the status of my order.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller via whatsApp and email to resolve this, I have received no proper response. When I requested a refund for the unfulfilled order, it was flatly refused
This experience has caused me significant financial loss and mental distress due to the lack of transparency and the seller's unprofessional conduct. In simple, they waster my time everytime over their unresponsive behaviour. I am seeking a full refund of ₹*,*** immediately as the service promised was never rendered.
