I ordered an mi tv on flash sale through mi store on **nd may ****.The item is not delivered yet. While tracking at various stages I came to know that the consignment was returned to origin at shippers request. But later while tracking I got to know that mi rejected to return the item. I am totally fed up with mi that no one is addressing my problem even after several calls to customer service and sending many emails.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
