Gurbir Singh filed complaint against Jet Airways India on Feb 24, 2019
I had my flight from India to Dubai on **th Feb **** under flight no *W *** at *.** am IST. Due to a power bank in my luggage, the same was withheld at Delhi airport. I complained at Dubai airport and got a PIR number dxb*w*****. But there was no response from the airline for * days despite the fact that I had *-* emails written to them. The only reply was an auto-mailer further confirming the fact that the mail was being sent to the right address without a revert. I visited the dnata office at Dubai airport multiple times as well but to no avail. Then on **th Feb after * days I got my bag which was in broken condition and also the inside lock was broken. The bag is totally destructed ( attaching pics of the same as well )
Also on the way back on **th Feb **** under flight no *w *** from Dubai to Delhi we got our baby stroller without * wheel with it.
I need compensation for both cases as both are under total loss.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
