Sir I'm searching hotel for night staying after im searching OYO app this app shows near hotel capital O ***** looking best fare and after im book with hotel room on *:**pm and also booking is confirmed but after **mins hotel reception person call for me he tells after *pm any rooms not available and he tells me cancel your booking on Oyo app after *mins im cancel the my room but money is not totally not refunded just **rs refunded and after this problem tells OYO costomer service number complain this problem but not any action and not solved my problem or after im calling for hotel reception person given in answer is thats not problem you call that OYO don't call me again he gives answer with me after again some times calling OYO costomer service number not solved any person please help sir this poor person and take against action for OYO and CAPITAL O ***** hotel please sir help me
