I have ordered plants and seeds on nurserylive.com on ** July ****, and i have not received my order. I have followed up several times on chat and the response received is as follows
“ Greetings from nurserylive!
Please accept my sincere apology due to the delay occurred in the delivery.
Your order will be dispatched within the next *-* days. You will get tracking details through SMS within the next **-** hours Post dispatched. The expected delivery date will be shared once the tracking number is shared.
Thank you for your patience and support in this regard“
This is the same response i am getting from their team. I no longer need the order and just need to cancel my order and request a refund.
