RareRabbit Thehouseofrare com - Order not delivered

On *th July **** I have ordered * items with reference of order number RCOM*****. Out of * items there was one jeans who's size didn't fit well on me, so I requested exchange with lower size and new order ID raised for exchange i.e. #RCOM***** on *th July ****. Its been ** days till now but the exchange order not delivered. There is no response on mails, and vendor toll free number is not working since many days. Only able to connect with executive twice a week if lucky enough. And executive don't have any update on escalation, he's just waiting for response from manager.
