I had couriered * trunks from Hyderabad to Kolkata with some personal belongings in it through Sky King. My tracking number was: *** ******. A man named Mr.Shantilal had taken charge of it. It was handed over to them on **th June **** and it arrived today (**rd June) with one trunk broken from the hinge entirely. They had charged insurance and extra for packing those. Now he is taking it casually. I am really very offended and I would like a reimbursment for the damages.
