Flipkart - Not getting my refund from flipkart

On *st July ****, I paid the prepaid amount of order which one I ordered from Flipkart through phone pay. At next day Ekart courier boy told me your money is not received to us. At that time I called Flipkart and they told me yes we received the amount of *** through phone pay. Then he told to pay cash payment to courier boy, we will refund your prepaid amount within ** -** hours. so I paid cash of *** at that time. So its today *th July **** I am not received my prepaid amount from Flipkart. Whenever I call to Flipkart they told me please wait from ** -** hours from last * days.
