I have ordered a trolly bag from Flipkart. The delivery agent called me today on dated **th October **** to receive the parcel. I was not at my home at that time so asked him to wait for only * minutes so that I can reach the home and receive the parcel. But the delivery agent refused to wait even for * minutes and fled away without delivering it. I took the case to flipkart but they didn't take it seriously.
