Planet Spark - not able to remove Emandate from my account

I enrolled my son for planet spark public speaking but we are not happy with their program, and after some classes we decided to quit planet spark an i have to remove E- mandate from planet spark, firstly i was introduced by amreen khan for demo classes then after Mr. varun ojha who was marketing officer. Mr. varun ojha assured me he will provide a best teacher for my son and he will help me too if i'll get any problem with anything, its about * month im trying to call him that i am not taking classes from one month and will not continue in future just asking to remove E- mandate from my account he was not answering and not revert calls they planned to trap me, and on **th march they send a request to join classes with my son with amreen khan to show that we are continuing their classes but this is not true.. after which Mr.varun ojha started to send me threatning message on my personal number. and using abusive words its really very harassing period for me and my family then we raise an issue many times that please call us we need help on their official website of planet spark no one has called us as yet and my issue is still not solved many times i raise a ticket from help and support option from my LMS the customer care number is not working. I just want justice for me and please help me to remove E- mandate from planet spark and should take strict action against varun ojha and amreen khan.
