Air India Ease My Trip - Non refund of Flight tickets Rs from Air India

I am Ravi Shankar B*B Agent of Easemytrip.I booked nearly Rs.****** Airindia Domestic tickets through my Easemytrip .portal.
But unfortunately dueto Covid Passenger/Flights cancelled/their journey.I applied for refund of Total ** pax for roundtrip. Actually ** Customers are very important to me there are calling me so many times for refund of money.

There is an amount of Approx..Rs.**** to be refunded from Airindia to my portal my Agent is Easemytrip, He is blaming Airindia is delaying payment and is Culprit and not refunded amount till now ***days happened Tickets/flights are Booked & cancelled.

If you refund amount to my wallet as soon as early possible by the August **th this month.It will be very good for me and them also. Because already I waited ***days for refund from Airindia & Easemytrip.if you are not refunded Further, I want to take action legally against both of them and put the issue to be viewed seriously before consumer forum/court.I include both parties Airindia as well Easemytrip.
I request Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Govt of India to take serious action on Air India & also involve IATA higher authorities for suspected illegal activities found in Flight tickets refund.EasemyTrip is saying that there is no mistake of mine,Airindia is holiding money,
I am ? will Airindia or EasemyTrip will give me a credit of Rs.* Lakh flight tickets without paying back upto *-*months will they permit me.
The Airindia & EasemyTrip both people wont believe me but I must believe them how far it is Correct/Genuine.
Because of lack of money, low balance in my wallet I am not able to book further more tickets possibly.If you refund amount to my wallet as soon as early possible before by August **th.I can probably able to do more business & book further more tickets through my portal.

Kindly Please get me refund on below bookings which i have to get refund nearly Rs.*****/-
