Haware Construction Pvt Ltd And Office Bearers Of Haware Splendor Co-op Hsg Soc Ltd - non allotment of car parking

Direct the managing committee of Haware Splendor Co-operative housing society, Plot**, sector**,Kharghar to implement car parking as per the model Bye laws which was adopted at AGM in **** and as per order of Honourable Supreme court of India.
Facts:
*) Builder M/s Haware Builders, Vashi, has provided only *** parking that also between the pillars erected to hold the building and not separate car parking for *** members in the society of Haware Splendor Co-operative society, Plot**, sector**. Kharghar, Raigaddist, Maharashtra, ******. Builder sold parking to only few selected members and not to all members. possession n ****.
*) Members who have paid car parking lumpsum amount to Builder M/s Haware builders , claim that it is their own property . Members who have rented flats are also allowing their tenants to park cars , thus depriving other members to park their vehicle inside the society premises..
*) Member who have purchased the so called car parking, let out the slot on a monthly rent of approx. *,***/-per month. How can they collect money for property of society? The committee also does not collect any parking fees and incurs huge expenditure on replacing the slabs in the parking area at the expense of others that is out of maintenance collected from members for maintenance like electricity, water, sinking fund etc. Thus only few members and tenants enjoy at the cost of others. Committee is allowing some members to earn money out of its property, which is a fraud.
*) Committee members are parking more than two vehicles in addition to scooters, again depriving members for car parking
*) Other members are also parking more than one car inside society premises.
*) Builder has taken money and sold car parking, which is against the order of HonorableSupreme Court of India. Builder has allotted more than one parking to more than one member.
*) About some years back, the then manager had collected money from some members assuring to sell car parking in collusion with Builder and might be some committee members. the case was registered with police but some how the case was not pursued by the then Committee members letting the manager and others involved go scot free.
*) Defaulters are also parking their cars inside the society premises, again to deprive other members to park their cars and forcing them to park on street
*) Original parking slots of builder have been changed by some committee members to allow for scooter parking or empty the parking slot to facilitate free movement of committee member cars.
**) Builder had not marked any slot for scooters but committee has allowed for scooter parking and cars are parked outside on street. some members park more than one scooter also.
This is total contempt of Supreme Court and basic ethics of co-operative concept by Committee and few members and the builder for their personal gain and not in interest of the society as a whole.
Thus committee should be directed to:
*) Cancel all car parking sold by builder ,
*) car parking to be allotted first for only one car of members who own a car,
*) if there are car parking space then to tenants who have a car and if there are further surplus car parking space then for second car of members.

*) Committee should charge car parking fees

Have sent first mail to md@haware.com on **.**.**** and several mails thereafter but no reply till date.
Have written to society for allotting car parking to me , flat j****, vide my letter dated **.**.****, by registered post but have not received any reply from Society till date.
** days have passed since my letter to society and mail to builder but no reply, hence forced to take legal course.
