Ajio app - No one has come to pick up the return item

I have ordered an item with order I'd FL********** from ajio app. The item was not what was shown in the picture so I initiated a return .the delivery person came to pick up the return has made a mistake while putting the awb number and refused to take my order and asked me to reach ajio so that they can initiate my return request again but no person in ajio is replying to my calls emails nothing I cannot contact them to tell to initiate my return request.
