Brand new DELL inspiron ****, * mb. Takes ***-*** seconds for startup to welcome screen, *** seconds from startup to desktop, **-** seconds for characters to appear once typing , **-** seconds to respond to right click actions such as folder properties, ** seconds for a folder to open, **-*** seconds for a file to open! On complaining to DELL via Twitter, they say the system hardware is okay!
