The following is what I have mailed and got no response:
I've order locomotive shoes which were in stock on ** dec and they are still in stock.myntra purposefully cancelled my order..when I called up customer care they are telling me that there is no stock.,if stock was not there then why will I receive a msg stating my packed order got delayed? Screenshot attached.
And I can still see remaining * pair of shoes left.
I'm not satisfied by myntras service.
I need my shoes that's all,you shouldn't accept orders when u don't have the stock,its not my mistake it's yours find me a satisfactory solution.
