I used DTDC courier service to send my LG TV from Mumbai to Gurgaon. They delivered it within *-* days but on receiving, the TV screen was completely damaged, even after putting all the fragile signs on the packaging. The repair costs now *****. There is no way I’m able to claim the damages from the DTDC company.
