The mobile phone exchange policy by flipkart is absurd. They are not accepting phones on exchange with just side panel of my phone is faded.
At least flipkart should mention in there return policy that they only accept new phones on exchange.
The customer care service tooo is pathetic.
No response to sort this out.
My only request is that flipkart should mention clear exchange policy
ND NO OTHER CUSTOMER SHOULD SUFFER LIKE THIS
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
