I lost my zudio phisical credit note but I have a photo of this, I was visited the zudio store which was located at Rajnagar extension ghaziabad I insist the cash counter staff to re issue the voucher or resolve the issue but he was denied and say if the credit note lost you can't redeem the voucher.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
