Bajaj Finance - Loan given to wrong person in my name

I have taken a consumer loan from bajaj finserve and paid all emi timly and closed.
Now after *.* years i found my account is debited from bajaj via ecs against same loan a/c when i contacted bank i found there is new loan issued by bajaj to me. When i visited bajaj area office they are not able to satisfied me. Irecived a call from bajaj that this loan is issued because of some technical issue.but after * days they send me mail that they are unable to refund the amount and send me invoice.wherin i am not goven any request for such loan and also not taken any product.as i am not residing at old address now. Kindly help me to close this issue and refund my money back.
