Purchased a new laptop on mid of may, used it for work from home for **-** days, and after that the laptop is not getting charged, Trying to lodge a complain via what's app, mail, phone call, twitter after *-** days they informed me some parts will be replaced by our engineer with in maximum * days, now after more than one month they are able to provide me a completion date of the same, in this process I am not able to do my official work, being a software engineer and as I am not able to work, it became loss of pay for me, with Dell's unprofessional behavior I am assuming loss of pay for this month also.

Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
