Noise - Issue not resolved during warranty claim

I raised a complaint in Noise about my airpods not working under the warranty period, *times the ticket was raised n closed without any resolution, the warranty got expired, even after that u followed up mail there was no response , attaching the ticket no & invoice copy, you can see the date, from then rhe product is not of my use, its high disappointment from Noise
