Tikona - Incorrectly billed and service not provided

Tikona, Bangalore. To begin with I was given a used modem though I bought a new connection which was activated on **rd March'**. I was told I will be given a new modem which has not happened yet. I got billed on **th March'** for the entire month which is ***+**%GST (approx. ***) though I had used the service only for *.*days as the service was activated on **rd March in the evening. I tried resolving this with Tikona multiple times but they always come back saying that you have been charged pro-rated but my bill doesn't say that. Also, I had no service for over a week & had to contact them multiple times to get it resolved. Till date I face frequent disconnection issues (disconnects every *mins which is irritating). I was cheated into billing incorrectly and suffered insignificantly specially in times like this when we are working from home. There are multiple complaints from numerous users on their Forum page and facebook page. Tikona is a money making monster who are just cheating customers. Tikona just turns a deaf ears to its customers.
