I have order Museli worth Rs*** on *Sep**. When I received my order I received Ragi Choco Bites MRP Rs***. I called customer care and logged a complain to replace the product. Executive gave me TAT **hrs after **hrs I called again then they again logged new complain for **hrs TAT but no resolution again I called * times and every time they transfer my call to senior which never transfer to senior. After that I send mail on email id <cs@jiomart.com> * times every time received reply complain logged will provide you solution but no solution. Finally I send email ok I will used this product but send me my extra money which is Rs*** again they logged a new complain. No one ever contact me over the phone. Please provide some solution.
