I ordered food for my pet which was accepted my wife took the order when I checked with the order the Item worth Rs *** was not delivered instead they delivered item worth **, I contacted to through chat they denied refund though they simply close the ticket and reply only one time that they cant do anything. I tried calling delivery partner he said he doesn’t knows anything he get parcel thats it.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
