Myntra - I have been cheated by myntra

I ordered a black color plazzo in myntra but I received grey color instead plus original price tag was already removed n was place inside d cover when I opened it the parcel.. When I requested for return my request was rejected saying that the product was used/damaged from my side.. I called the customer service n informed them d price tag was already removed n I did not use it, he said that's fine n d product will be picked up but d problem dint resolve n d status of my complain in myntra app showed that 'problem resolved'. I again contacted them but this time the customer service was bad ,nobody responded,n finally d person who called from customer service was no help at all as he was not giving any explanations nor clarified d problem of delay.. I'm sure my money has gone,n no-one will come to pick d product also.. I'm going to throw this plazzo as even I don't want it,why should I use a product which i dint ordered n why should I take d false blame that I used it? I swear I dint use d product God will punish whoever is responsible for it.. In this pandemic time even ***rs is big for me n I lost ***rs just like that.. I just hope other peoples don't get cheated please don't order anything in myntra as of now.. I'm a very old customer of myntra who bought so many vast products but still they don't have any respect for customers..
