Meesho app - I didn t receive my product

Name of the item- fancy Georgette saree
Ordered date-** july,****
Delivered date-** July ****
Actually I didn't receive my product but how can u update the tracking status as the product had delivered. If i didn't answer my call at the time of delivery you have to try again after sometime otherwise you should cancel my order and have to refund my money back. Exactly shadowfax did the same as i didn't answer my call they update status as the product had delivered .But how can they update the status as products delivered without recieving the product. i had complained against shadowfax many times since ** july but there is no response from them.very poor service from shadowfax.please solve my problem to find out where my product is otherwise refund my money back. thank you
