Meesho shadowfax - Harrasment by shadowfax delivery agent

Respected team ,after repeated requests to meesho support I did not get positive response, the agent from Shadowfax his name is Mukesh singh and his mobile number in is ********** denied my pickup * times saying he is not getting any money for this service, he is refusing to come upstairs in the lift and do the delivery, and asking to come downstairs and give the parcels, and his tone is harsh,please find attached mobile conversation with the agent. I request meesho team to atleast change the agent of shadowfax, no action has been taken place, team I am loosing my business and customers and also mental agony, I feel so helpless sending same agent inspite complaint is like mental harassment to.
