SU Education - Gurvinder Singh the proprietor of SU Education fraud with me alongwith my five friends for work visa

Gurvinder Singh, the proprietor of SU Education, took money from me and five of my friends in the name of work visas to Luxembourg and also signed an agreement. After that, he neither got the work visas done nor returned the payment to us five persons. He also gave cheques to all five of us but the cheques also bounced. Now he has not given the money and is not giving it back either. Totally fraud with me alongwith my friends.
