I raised a notice period in Colive and instead of getting my security deposit back they are sending me legal notice for not paying ₹***** and said if i didn't pay this they are going to file legal complaint for **k on me. The thing is in the ₹*****, ₹**** is electricity bill and ₹**** is sapration charge which I am ok to pay from my deposit amount of ₹**** but they also added ₹***** of maintenance charge which was never talked about and i don't know why they are charging so much for that because the room I got was already really bad because it had bed bugs and the kitchen area had fungi in it and the shower area was filled with flies and also the room was cleaned in like ** days so i don't know for what this maintenance charge is for.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
