I was out for work and the parcel came my family received it as it was COD but the thing is I have never ever used COD option and my family paid the amount and now when I am trying to call customer service of Flipkart they are not at all ready to help they are just disconnecting the call and moreover when I am asking for a supervisor call they be like there is no supervision available. The customer's are just saying we can't help you.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
