We had booked a car from Borivali. Car was out of battery and dirty. Pick up time was * am. Details were provided at *.** then were given another car at ** am from Sion approx ** km from the actual location. The car was also in bad position got the car at *.** pm it was dirty and the wiring was extremely lost. So AC did not work and it was foggy weather so the person driving had to keep wiping with the handkerchief and drive which almost was risking our life. The car stopped working at Vashi had to get it to repair which took us * hours. We reached our destination at **.** pm wherein the travel was only * hours ** mins. Our booking check-in was **.** am. We missed the entire Saturday and more than that we were exhausted and the compensation was given is one-way fare cab from Borivali to Sion. Is this a resolution we were calling them the whole day no response was given to us properly. They kept us on hold for hours, I have all the recordings as well. We had booked a house worth **** for Saturday and the entire thing turned out to waste.
