I had bought a bag for *** rupees on Big biliion day. But the product which I was shown and the product which I was guiven were completely different. I had asked for a replacement and I was recommended " The seller only gives refund but not replacement". If the product is not there with the seller, he can puit out of stock rather than decieving me with fake products like thuis. It is a complete waste of time and money and customer dis-satisfaction. I just asked simply, you got me the wrong product, it's your mistake, get me the right one. I consider this as cheating the customers and such actions must be taken care legally, so that they will know the pain of the customers.
