Zivame is a fraud site. Customer service is fraud as well. Beware of zivame, they are simply cheating with customers.
After the return of my product, they returned money as zcoin and then someone (which i believe is zivame customer care itself) hacked my account to make purchase of Rs. **** from my zivame account using the zcoins. Only shipping email and review email came to my email id, so I came to know that someone did this fraud. I informed zivame and they confirmed that they cancelled the order, still it get delivered to the fraud person.
Horrible experience, worst site. Never do any purchasing.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
