Centrum Finance - Forex currency not delivered.

Krunal Kishor Patel filed complaint against Centrum Finance on May 16, 2017

I placed an order for **** Euros currency notes on ** May ****.

I paid the amount online on that day itself.

They didn't deliver the Euros. I called to their customer care number today (** May ****) and they said that they don't have the Euros in stock. I asked for the refund and they refused to give the refund.

On their site they have mentioned "Orders received prior to * pm are delivered on the same business day. Any order received after * pm may still be delivered on the same business day but in the worst case, we guarantee delivery on the next business day."
