Hi, I've made a purchase of a wrangler jean from Flipkart. The payment mode was cash on delivery. I made the payment on **th October, **** through UPI from my Kotak account where the money got debited but the transaction didn't go through. The second payment was through my HDFC debit card and the transaction was successful. Flipkart cancelled my order and I got the refund for the same(which is from my HDFC debit card). When I contacted flipkart about the transaction from the kotak UPI, they said the money could be stuck in gateway and asked me to contact phonepe team as that was the gateway for this transaction. When I contacted phonepe team, they didn't have any trace of this transaction. I also contacted my bank but they mentioned that the transaction was successful. Flipkart asked me to contact my bank for cash reversal and I contacted the bank for the same, the bank initiated the cash reversal and came back to me that it had been rejected by the beneficiary bank. I've been contacting flipkart post this on a daily basis but they were not helping me. Despite multiple calls and appeals, they haven't refunded the money.
