Jet Airways - Flight cancelled and full refund not received

Regarding flight *W ***, leaving from BOM at * am reached Delhi at *:** am, on **rd March ****. PNR - ELAHXU. At **:** pm ** March, IXIGO app showed (no notification by itself, I manually checked the app) the flight has been cancelled. Screenshot attached, please check the time of the screenshot clearly.
I called Jet Airways, IVR recording is attached as proof. There were multiple at-least ** minutes calls made so that a human being on the Jet customer care picks up on the other side to speak with for confirmation, but no human being from the customer care end picked up. IVR informs flight has been cancelled. Jet Airways website PNR checking page also showed cancelled flight. Screenshot attached, please keep checking the screenshot time. Tried to Google, subsequent flight tracking international webpages also said cancelled.
After tweeting the next day, cheap tickets representative called up at odd hours and as cheap as the cheap ticket itself, harassed me over the telephony while IXIGO representative was in a conference that I didn't show up to the airport and I missed the flight, there shall be no refund.

Why did IXIGO inform the flight was cancelled? Why was there no intimation over call for cancellation at such a tight duration? I have spent over **** INR to book another flight from BOM to DEL, in total I've spent ***** INR to reach Delhi. I need a refund of the Jet Airways ticket and the difference. IXIGO, Jet and Cheap-Ticket, nobody is replying at the moment and it's been * weeks now that I booked the flights and my money is stuck with posers.
Please ask for a refund the complete card transaction immediately and ideally the difference of my next GoAir flight that I had to book because of being cheated at the last moment. PNR S*JFRM
Quite a trick a Noida startup(CHEAP-TICKET) plays in tie-ups with a Gurgaon startup(IXIGO). Very nice. Charge the user and the user will find his way to reach from BOM to DEL, we will show him flight has been cancelled.
