Delhi infratech limited - FLAT NOT DELIVERED REAL ESTATE FRAUD

Complaint and report alleged fraud, cheating, and criminal breach of trust against M/s Delhi Infratech Ltd. (CIN No: U*****DL****PLC******), which is engaged in the business of property development.
The project "DELHI HOMES" was advertised/represented to me as a viable project under the DDA's Land Pooling Regulations, ****.
Despite the collection of significant booking amounts in ****, M/s Delhi Infratech Ltd. has failed to proceed with the project, provide an apartment, or offer a valid explanation for the delay/non-commencement.
I have subsequently submitted formal requests to surrender/cancel both EOIs and for a refund of the total amount deposited with the company, which the company has failed to process/refund, amounting to criminal misappropriation of funds.
The continued retention of the substantial amount of money paid by me, under the guise of an incomplete or non-existent project, constitutes an act of corporate fraud, misrepresentation, and cheating, causing me immense financial loss and mental distress.
I demand the initiation of a thorough investigation into the business practices of M/s Delhi Infratech Ltd. and the alleged fraud relating to the "DELHI HOMES" project. I request the following action:

Immediate directions to M/s Delhi Infratech Ltd. to process the full refund of Rs. *,**.*** without the undue deductions for "Administration & Surrender/Cancellation charges" mentioned in the surrender form, as the cancellation is a result of the company's fraudulent action/inaction.
The company should be directed to pay interest on the total deposited amount of Rs. *,**.***/- from the respective dates of payment until the date of actual refund, at a commercial rate of interest (e.g., **% per annum), to compensate for the loss of use of my funds.
M/s Delhi Infratech Ltd. should be directed to pay a substantial amount as compensation for the mental agony, harassment, and torture caused by their fraudulent actions, non-delivery of the unit, and failure to refund the money for over two years since the payment dates.
