Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation - Female seat reservation

On **/*/**** I had booked a ticket Belagavi to Pune on Airavat bus as female. As per rules, the seat beside a female should be allocated to female only. But in this Airavat bus ** F****, they allocated the seat beside me to a male passager which was against the rules. The conductor told it was my fault I had made mistake in booking. Hence he asked me to adjust with another seat if not then I have to travel beside a male passager. When I refused to do so. Conductor rudely said to sit in another seat. I refused to do so and I got down from the bus and submitted a complaint to controller Belgavi depot.
But the conductor didn't bother to address my issue and left from there. At night I was left alone in the bus terminal I somehow manage to reach back home. The behaviour of the conductor was arrogant and ultimately I am the one who suffered from loss.
