Urbano Fashion - Exchange order Initiated but not Delivered

I had placed an order on Urbano Fashion #U****** for two jeans. The Jeans were not in my size so I initiated an exchange with them. They were prompt to take back the pants and I was even notified that the return was successful but it’s been a week since that. Their customer service so bad, I have been trying to contact them for the order status and if the order isn’t possible then for a probable refund of the amount. But there’s been no solution, I haven’t been able to talk to any customer support executive which makes it even more frustrating.
