My customer returned a product after product picked up my app shows that at ** th i will receive the refund amount but till today i did not receive my refund. Whenever i call to customer care number some executives tell me to lodge a complaint & they highlighted d whole case to d senior team but till date I did not receive a single mail or any refund for the issue..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
