Intellipaat Software Solutions Private Limited - Denying refund

I was searching for power bi course online in their website and then I got this call from a support person Shrunga . While she was explaining the course details she mentioned u can commence the course anytime in Jan or Feb. But u wil have to enroll immediately and only then u will be able to get the course at a discounted price. But i clearly told her that i need time to arrange money otherwise i will not b able to attend the course. So i enrolled for it and the very next day I called i said i don't want to go for the course. For which she said she will inform the support team and cancel it. Later on i was getting mails from them about classes. Again I called her and told the same . Later on my emi amount got deducted after a month even though I dint even login to their account. When called her she dint respond at all. I was very stressed because I dint have money for the rest of emi. I kept calling her, but people from their team answered call and said she is busy. After trying several times a person spoke to me and the way he spoke was really very arrogant. He was asking for call recordings of everything.Now where will I go for all recordings. Even though he agreed it must be a miscommunication he was not ready for a refund. I literally cried to him saying that i don't have money and datsy i m not able to attend. That too i told them a month back but the response was really very bad. These kind of people who can't support people who are helpless , do they really deserve to teach something to people. These kind of money minded people who can hoodwink anyone to buy their product should be in marketing and not in a dignified profession like teaching. After so many days of struggle i managed to take loan from my friend to pay that emi. Now think how horrible would that be. I don't know if really any action wil be taken or whether i will get my refund. But i still want the top management to get noticed by such rude behaviour of these people.
