DELL - Dell Inspiron faulty Laptop delivered

I placed for new Inspiron laptop online from Dell.co.in on **th June'**. Recieved it on **th Jun'**. From day * facing software issues.
When ever i start my system , i get a page saying "Alert!TPM Device is not detected" . If i say continue it goes to Bit Lock recovery screen.
The system is not even * month old.We are unable to use it for personal use as it gives issues daily.

Approached Dell support through whatsapp channel. They have suggested few steps which did not resolve the issue.

Finally the technical team are now saying to contact Microsoft Support as it is a software issue and they have mentioned that they deal only with Hardware issue. I Guess DELL sells a laptop as a whole and charge for both laptop and software(OS) that comes along with Laptop.
