Idea Cellular - Deducting money unnessesary Reason

Nershad filed complaint against Idea Cellular on Aug 15, 2018

Dear sir
My name is nershad. Am using idea number ********** *th of August **** idea Deducted from my balance Rs ***. I already pass the official email to them then I get reply from their side I have a call from another number then I attend the call like this

But am not attending any calls from that dates because am abroad that time

Am facing many times this issue before last three times idea refund the deducted Amount then the Kerala idea team promise me never happen again
But it's happening again
And they saying they can not refund so I need to file the case

Am also attaching the preview of call log in my phone and the email I try to attached more screenshots but I can not any way am attaching the main one

Please take care the action immediately
