I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent order #******.

I placed an order for * chocolates more than ** days ago, and despite the unacceptable delay, the package that finally arrived today was in terrible condition. The chocolate boxes are damaged, unsealed, eaten and look unfit for consumption.
